Mama’s Famous Pizza & Grill is looking for counter help to start Immediately.

Pay rate is negotiable and will be based on experience.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and ingredients
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Proficiency in math, including basic math calculations and retail math for cash handling
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
