Counter Sales – Building Materials Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and handle counter sales inquiries professionally while assisting customers in selecting suitable building materials and products.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents accurately using ERP/billing systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding stock availability, deliveries, and inventory updates.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Support daily sales operations, maintain accurate records, and assist in preparing sales and inventory reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in any stream
• Experience in building materials, construction, or trading industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of ERP/billing software.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• 1 year UAE experience preferred.
