Job Title: Counter-SalesCounter-Sales Assistant (Inbound & Outbound)
Job Summary: The Counter Sales Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to walk-in and over-the-phone customers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, processing orders, answering product inquiries, and assisting customers with purchasing needs. The Counter Sales Assistant acts as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers who visit the sales counter in a friendly and professional manner
Handle inbound sales calls, respond to customer inquiries, and process orders accurately and efficiently
Must have good command of ticket refunds and re-issues.
Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates to customers
Conduct outbound sales calls to follow up on quotes, promote new products, and generate additional sales opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on the company's offerings
Flexible to work in different shift timings and on holiday's (If required)
Contribute to a positive and customer-centric work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's in any discipline
2-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales-related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficient in using DTS systems and software (e.g.,Galillo, Amadeus , Sabre)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
Willingness to learn about the company's products and services
Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
