Counter Sales Engineer/ Inside Sales Engineer

Role Purpose: The Inside Sales Engineer facilitates efficient sales operations and fosters customer satisfaction through effective communication and proactive engagement. They support team growth and uphold performance standards to contribute to overall organizational success.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Review customer inquiries promptly and prepare accurate quotations for submission.

2. Proactively follow up on submitted quotations to ensure timely responses and address any customer queries or concerns.

3. Process purchase orders efficiently and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to update them on order status.

4. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with relevant customer information and interactions.

5. Monitor and track invoices, ensuring their timely submission to relevant customers and resolving any billing discrepancies.

6. Utilize sales tracking tools effectively to analyze and report on relevant information and trends to support decision-making.

7. Provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

8. Collaborate effectively with team members, offering support and input to contribute to the growth and success of the team.

9. Demonstrate strong communication skills, engaging with customers via email, phone, and in-person interactions to address inquiries and build relationships.

10. Take initiative to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, demonstrating proactive time management skills.
