Counter Sales Executive

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the gaming centre.
• Provide information on games, pricing, memberships, promotions, and events.
• Process customer bookings, game credits, tickets, and snack bar sales at the counter.
• Ensure the front counter area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Upsell services and packages to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Work closely with the operations and technical team to ensure smooth gameplay experiences.
• Support basic maintenance and cleanliness standards across the facility when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
