Counter Sales Officer (Foodstuff-Al Ras)

Major Foodstuff wholesale company in Al Ras, Dubai is looking for a well experienced Counter Sales Executive who can perform the below duties and responsibilities.

Candidate shall be a graduate and must be experienced in similar role for not less than 4 years in UAE preferably in Food Industry. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Sales & Customer Service

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and purchases.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable food products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotions.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments efficiently.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s food products (Nuts, Pulses, Spices etc) and sales & logistics process.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary.

Billing & Documentation

• Handle cash and card transactions at the counter.
• Generate sales receipts and maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
• Assist in preparing delivery orders and invoices.

Customer Relationship & Feedback

• Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Build long-term relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share insights with management.
• Stay updated on new product launches and company policies.
