Counter Server

Looking for an experienced full-time counter focused server for our award-winning restaurant, The Grit Counter in North Charleston. Our Service is counter focused with a full bar. We have a fun concept of bringing in high quality, Chef-driven ingredients and presenting it in a casual atmosphere. Our base pay is $8 per hour guaranteed plus tips. Tips in our first four years of opening have increased the per hour for our servers to $20-$30+ per shift for 7 hour shifts.

This is the sister restaurant to Grace & Grit in Mount Pleasant. Our hours of operation are Tuesday-Thursday from 8am - 2pm, Friday and Saturday from 8am - 8pm and Sunday from 9am - 3pm

We are looking for someone who enjoys conversing with customers, and prides themselves on hospitality. Our menu is fun, but different than the average customer expectation. We hope that you can guide them through a different fun experience with great opportunity to make high end money.
