Job Overview

As a Counter Server/Front-of-House (FOH) Team Member, you will represent our company and be the first point of contact in delivering high-quality service and hospitality to our guests. Your duties will include:

Warmly greeting guests as they enter and leave the restaurant
Accurately describing dishes and making appropriate recommendations
Correctly entering orders into our Point-of-Sale system
Processing payments and serving food or beverages at the counter
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Providing quick, friendly, and accurate service
Run food to guests tables, clear tables and keep all aspects of the dining room area clean.

Qualifications

We are seeking applicants who demonstrate the following qualities:

Prior customer service experience
A true “people person” providing exceptional and gracious service
Experience working with a Point-of-Sale system
Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Competency in counting money and processing payments
Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in stressful situations
A genuine commitment to excellence and success
Consistency and reliability
Cheerful and positive attitude
Values teamwork and loves serving and helping others

Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

REQUIREMENTS
