Counter service Bartender

The 4th Official FC is looking for fast, friendly, and reliable Server / Counter Staff to join our crew in Glendale. Located right inside the Arizona Sports Complex, we are the go-to spot for athletes and fans to fuel up and wind down.

​The Role

​This is a high-paced, "concession-plus" environment. You’ll be responsible for front-of-house service, moving between the counter and the floor to ensure every guest gets their food and drinks quickly. Whether it’s a Saturday morning tournament or a weeknight league match, you are the engine that keeps the fans happy.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Fast-Paced Service: Take orders and serve up snacks, meals, and beverages with speed and accuracy.
• ​Bar & Beverage: Serve beer and wine (Series 12 license) and prepare basic non-alcoholic drinks.
• ​POS Mastery: Efficiently use Toast POS to handle transactions, manage tabs, and keep the line moving.
• ​Stock & Prep: Ensure the grab-and-go sections, condiment stations, and beer coolers are always fully stocked and organized.
• ​Clean Team: Maintain a clean, professional-looking service area and guest seating space at all times.

​What We’re Looking For

• ​The Hustle: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a line forming and you jump in.
• ​Service Experience: Previous experience in a concession stand, fast-casual restaurant, or sports bar is a big plus.
• ​Glendale Ready: Must have (or be able to obtain) a valid Arizona Food Handlers Card and Title 4 (Liquor) Training.
• ​Team Players: We need people who are dependable, especially during our busiest weekend tournament blocks.
• ​Sports Minded: You enjoy the atmosphere of a sports complex and can handle the noise and excitement that comes with it.
