Counter Service / Ice Cream Server

The Local Motive is looking for friendly, dependable, and hardworking team members to join us as we open our brand new restaurant in South Deerfield. We’re building a welcoming, fast-paced environment focused on serving great food and Ice cream, friendly service, and creating an experience that keeps customers coming back.
This position will involve both counter service and ice cream/sundae station responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Greeting customers and taking orders Operating the POS/register system Preparing ice cream, sundaes, milkshakes, and desserts Maintaining a clean and organized front counter and dining area Restocking supplies and assisting with daily setup/closing tasks Helping maintain outdoor cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant property Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Providing friendly and professional customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
