Counter staff Gelato Team Member

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every customer with energy and professionalism
• Serve gelato creating custom gelato roses with a spatula (full training provided)
• Work quickly and efficiently during busy rushes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Handle transactions accurately
• Support your team to keep service smooth and fast

Schedule Requirements

Our operating hours are 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM, with closing shifts ending around midnight.

• Flexible availability is required
• Must be available evenings and weekends
• Must have availability through September

This role is ideal for someone who can commit to a regular part-time schedule and takes their work responsibilities seriously.

REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible schedule - ability to work some evenings required
• Good verbal communication and ability to take feedback from customers
• Ability to listen, learn, take direction from leadership (even learning how to create a flower-shaped cone within 20 seconds!)
• Ability to work quickly, consistently, and efficiently on the counter line
• Commitment to good hygiene and professional appearance
• Knowledge of food safety a plus
• Past retail or client/customer service experience in a fast-paced environment and/or six months of customer service as a Barista
