Shifts Available: Tue-Wed & Sun: 7:45 am-4:30 pm. Sat: 12:00 pm-6:30 pm.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Bakery Sales Associate/Barista to be the face of our bakery. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, take orders, prepare coffee and espresso beverages, and showcase our delectable bakery offerings. Your passion for customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for our products will contribute to the overall success of our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their preferences are met.
• Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso beverages, adhering to quality standards.
• Showcase bakery products with enthusiasm, answering customer questions and making recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front counter and seating areas.
• Preparing and plating savory toasts and warming up quiches as needed.
• Operate the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in restocking bakery items and monitoring inventory levels.
• Contribute to maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks at once
