About All Dough: All Dough is a staple market café located in the heart of Rockport, MA. We have built our space around a simple philosophy: serving exceptional specialty coffee and the highest quality pastries with warmth and a friendly smile. The Role: We are looking for an engaged, accountable, and highly dependable team player to join our crew. Every shift is a collaborative effort, and you will work closely alongside the rest of the team to tackle the day and keep things running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is genuinely curious and excited about specialty coffee and high-quality baked goods. No prior barista or café experience is required—we are happy to train the right person, as long as you bring the passion!

Responsibilities:

• Barista & Food Prep: Serving espresso drinks, batch coffee, and tea with consistency and care. Handling pastries and retail items with an eye for detail. (Paid training provided!)
• Register & Transactions: Operating the register (Square POS) efficiently and attentively to ensure a smooth, accurate checkout experience for every guest.
• Operations: Executing daily opening/closing checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision.
• Environment: Maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-stocked space—taking pride in the presentation of our pastry case and drink station.
• Team Support: Pitching in with other duties as needed to keep the café shining and running smoothly, and always being ready to help a coworker out of the weeds.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortable standing for a full shift and able to lift up to 30 lbs (such as lifting a crate of milk or a bag of coffee beans).
