Countertop Fabricator / Machine Operator
Ixonia, WI | $20–$30/hr Starting Pay | Full-Time

Designs in Marble is looking for dependable, fast-learning team members to join our stone fabrication shop. This is a great opportunity to learn a specialized trade with a growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and shop machines (training provided)
• Move, load, and unload stone slabs and finished pieces
• Perform hand fabrication, polishing, and finishing work
• Inspect product quality before it leaves the shop
• Keep materials organized and maintain a safe work environment
• Support the team to keep projects on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and a positive attitude to work
• Eager to learn and take direction
• Able to lift and move 75–100+ lbs
• Comfortable working with equipment and tools
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
