Countertop Sales Representative — Countertop World (Bryant, AR)
Countertop World is hiring a Sales Representative at our Bryant location. We're a growing countertop fabrication company with two Arkansas locations, and we need someone who wants to build a career — not just fill a seat.
What You'll Do
- Showroom Sales: Greet walk-in customers, help them select countertop materials (granite, quartz, marble, quartzite), provide quotes, and close the sale
- Phone & Web Leads: Follow up on incoming calls, website inquiries, and estimate requests — speed to lead matters
- Builder & Contractor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with local builders, general contractors, and remodelers to generate repeat commercial work
- Estimates & Quotes: Measure or coordinate measurements for projects, price jobs accurately, and present professional proposals
- Customer Experience: Guide customers from first visit through installation, making sure every project goes smoothly
- CRM & Follow-Up: Keep our systems updated with customer info, job details, and follow-up tasks — no leads fall through the cracks
What We're Looking For
- Attitude over resume. We'll train the right person. If you're coachable, competitive, and genuinely like talking to people, we want to hear from you.
- Strong communication skills — you'll be talking to homeowners, builders, and our fabrication team daily
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline without being micromanaged
- Comfortable learning product knowledge (stone types, edge profiles, pricing) — we'll teach you everything
- Reliable, on time, and professional in appearance
- Valid driver's license (you'll occasionally visit job sites and builder offices)
- Basic computer skills (email, CRM software, quoting tools)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Previous sales experience in any industry
- Home improvement, construction, or building materials background
- Existing relationships with Central AR builders or contractors
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
