Country Club Bartender & Beverage Cart Attendant

Job Summary

Rock Creek Country Club, a private golf course located near Beaverton, is seeking an experienced, upbeat Bartender/Cart Attendant to help with the daily operations in our restaurant and on our beverage cart that services the course.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide a positive guest experience
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Take orders and serve food
• Accept guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change
• Maintain a clean bar
• Manage customer expectations with and provide excellent service

Qualifications and Skills

Special Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender and/or server
• Ability to make swift and insightful judgment calls if issues arise
• Have at least one year of previous bartending and serving experience
• Have OLCC and Food Handler’s licenses
• Shifts are primarily daytime but occasional evenings, mornings and weekends.
• Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members at all times
• Know all the classic drinks, but mixology skills are a bonus
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Be able to handle money and work a point-of-sale system
• Be able to stand for longer periods of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.30 per hour
