Role Overview
We are seeking a
Country Director – Healthcare Enterprise
to lead our expansion across
government healthcare systems, clusters, and national programs in Saudi Arabia
.
This role is designed for a senior commercial leader with a proven track record in
healthcare SaaS, EMR/HIS, or clinical decision support solutions
, capable of closing complex enterprise deals and driving large-scale adoption across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the
Saudi healthcare growth strategy
across government and enterprise accounts

Drive adoption of
AI-powered clinical decision support, drug information, and healthcare SaaS solutions
-
Build strategic relationships with:
-
Government hospitals and healthcare clusters
-
Ministries, regulators, and national programs
-
CIOs, CMIOs, and clinical leadership
-
Lead
large-scale enterprise sales cycles
including tenders and multi-year agreements
-
Identify and secure
integration opportunities with EMR/HIS systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, TrakCare)
-
Develop a strong
enterprise sales pipeline
aligned with aggressive revenue targets
-
Recruit, lead, and scale a
local high-performance sales team
-
Collaborate with product and technical teams on
solution positioning and integration strategy
-
Negotiate and close
high-value contracts with government and healthcare groups
Required Experience
-
8–15+ years
in enterprise sales within:
-
HealthTech / Clinical Decision Support / Healthcare SaaS
-
EMR / HIS / Healthcare Informatics (Epic, Cerner, InterSystems, etc.)
-
Proven success in closing
government or large hospital system deals in Saudi Arabia

Strong experience navigating:

Government procurement and tenders
-
Multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

Deep understanding of the
Saudi healthcare ecosystem and digital health landscape

Demonstrated success in
SaaS and subscription-based models

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field
