Country Manager

Job Summary

The Country Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all company operations within the country. This role ensures the achievement of business objectives, drives revenue growth, manages local teams, and represents the company in the local market while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the country’s business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
  • Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing local teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and present business performance reports to regional or global leadership.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the country.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and business environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
