Country Manager – Brand Advocate Program

Based in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh

Looking to appoint a highly capable, experienced manager for a Brand Advocate Program, representing a top brand in Saudi Arabia.

The Manager will be responsible for leading and optimizing a team of field marketing staff who represent the brand across retail stores throughout Saudi Arabia. This role demands strong management and engagement with staff, and the ability to align field execution with the overall marketing and sales strategy the brand.  

Key Responsibilities:

·      Management of team - conduct regular field visits, staff coaching sessions, and performance reviews

·      Manage schedules and work coverage plans across Saudi Arabia

·      Build relationships with retail partners, store managers, and distributors

·      Planning and thorough execution of large launch events

·      Ability to handle client engagement at a high level

·      Collect and analyse market insights & complete detailed reporting

Key Skills & Competencies:

·      Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments

·      Experience with large scale launches / projects with tight timelines

·      Ability to think out of the box, and a “can do” attitude

·      Team leadership

·      Strong commercial mindset

·      Field operations management

·      Strong communication skills – articulate, and comfortable to present to clients (good English and Arabic language skills)

·      Data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications/ Experience:

·      Qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related field

·      4–6+ years experience in field marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation

·      3+ years in team leadership or supervisory role

·      Experience in tech / electronics / telecom industry preferred

·      Strong understanding of the Saudi retail and consumer market

·      Fluency in English and Arabic

·       Residency in Saudi Arabia

·      Ability to work long hours when the role demands it

·      High proficiency in Online Reporting, Excel, Keynote Presentations
