Country Manager- Saudi Arabia

We are a leading distributor of sports and lifestyle brands — footwear, apparel and accessories — supplying retailers across the region. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are looking for a driven professional to lead that expansion on the ground.

The role

You will own our entry and growth in the KSA market. This is a target-driven, high-ownership role for someone who already knows the Saudi retail landscape, has relationships with the major sports and lifestyle retailers, and wants to build a business — not just manage accounts.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the go-to-market plan to grow our footwear, apparel and accessories business across KSA.
• Open, negotiate and manage relationships with key retail players in the sports and lifestyle category.
• Own and consistently meet sales and distribution targets for the market.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing and reordering.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and customer needs, and feed insights back to the business.
• Coordinate with supply, marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong in-store presence.
• Represent the company at trade shows, buyer meetings and retail partner reviews.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales or business development within sports and/or lifestyle retail (footwear, apparel, accessories) in the KSA market.
• Strong existing relationships with major retailers and buyers in the Kingdom.
• Deep knowledge of the KSA retail market and distribution landscape.
• A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ambitious, self-driven and comfortable taking full ownership of a market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in [Arabic and English].
• Valid KSA driving licence and willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
