As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager for our sales operations in Saudi Arabia.

Join us in shaping the future of our brand Yellow in the region. We are seeking an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead hands-on our commercial operations in Saudi Arabia. You act as the interface and sparring partner for our local distribution partner and RAUCH headquarters and you will have a decisive role in the success of our well-established premium brand Yellow. This strategic role is key to driving sales growth and ensuring smooth logistics processes.
Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with RAUCH’s objectives

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities and challenges

Analyze data across channels, accounts and product lines to drive profitability

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor, key accounts and retail partners
-
Represent the company professionally across all stakeholder interactions
-
Work closely with our distribution partner to align strategies and activities
-
Collaborate with distribution partner to achieve sales targets and KPIs
-
Ensure effective communication and coordination to maximize mutual benefits
-
Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture with distributor
-
Provide coaching and development to enhance distributor’s team performance
-
Facilitate negotiation of long-term agreements to ensure sustainable growth
-
Drive brand visibility through marketing and promotional initiatives
-
Lead the annual budget process and ensure cost compliance
-
Provide strategic input to optimize budget allocation
-
Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data and other factors
-
Prepare and coordinate pricing strategies in collaboration with HQ
-
Oversee incoming container shipments and customs clearance
-
Align inventory levels with demand
-
Ensure timely and efficient product distribution
-
Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards
-
Identify and mitigate operational risks
-
Conduct regular store visits and meet with partners and customers
-
Gather market feedback and assess dynamics
-
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER - YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field (Master/MBA preferred)

Proven track record in sales management, within the Food & Beverage sector
-
Proven ability to achieve results through distribution partners without a direct team

Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances

You are already located in Saudi Arabia

Fluency in English and Arabic

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Attention to detail and analytical skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Willingness to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia and to Europe
