Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of overseas customers, driving performance through customer development, sales execution, and market insights, while coordinating internal resources to ensure seamless service delivery — serving as the key bridge between international markets and the company.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and develop potential customers in assigned regions, formulate targeted development strategies, and drive new customer acquisition and conversion.
Maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts through regular visits and communication; address ongoing needs and issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Translate the company’s overall sales targets into regional market and product priorities.
Execute sales strategies, lead negotiations and deal closure to achieve sales targets, and follow up on payment collection progress.
Provide timely feedback on market opportunities and risks to support product iteration and pricing strategies.
Internal Coordination & Resource Integration
Collaborate with technical, production, and after-sales teams to coordinate samples, production scheduling, logistics, and delivery to ensure operational efficiency.
Integrate internal resources to address customized customer requirements and promote cross-department collaboration to improve service responsiveness.
Monitor after-sales performance, coordinate resolution of product usage or maintenance issues to ensure service quality.
Handle unexpected challenges during cooperation (e.g., delivery delays, quality disputes), develop action plans, and drive execution to minimize customer loss.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or key account management; experience in the electrical industry is an advantage.
Fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to conduct business negotiations and daily communication without barriers.
Outgoing and resilient personality with strong interpersonal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong initiative and results orientation, capable of independently developing strategies and driving targets while demonstrating solid teamwork spirit.
