Country Training Manager

About the Role

A leading Multi-National Telco business is currently looking for a Country Training Manager for its Khobar operations.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible to manage, prepare and implement L&D engagements
  • Designs and develops customized instructional materials for all training coursework and module solutions (e Learning, webinars, instructor led, blended etc.) into rapid Learning.
  • Selects and modifies existing instructional materials. Applies evaluation techniques, tests and assesses results of training courses.
  • Conducts assessments and collaborates with SME to design material and content for live sessions and works with E Learning Specialist for online material.
Languages
  • Arabic - Fluent / Excellent
  • English - Fluent / Excellent
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an L&D department, preferably in a renowned corporation or in a training center
  • Good understanding of Sales processes and Operating models
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written
  • Good understanding of the Telecom business
  • Good capacity to deliver in a fast paced start up environment
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 AED/month
