Couple Coordinator

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Couple Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide couples during their first visit and throughout the treatment journey
• Explain treatment processes, procedures, timelines, and hospital policies clearly
• Schedule appointments, investigations, follow-ups, and procedures
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab, pharmacy, and billing departments
• Provide basic counseling and emotional support to couples
• Address patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence
• Strong coordination and multitasking ability
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Education: B.Sc or M.Sc ( Psychology )

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Salary: 15K to 25 K
