Couple Counsellor

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravinds IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experiences Couple Counsellor to join our dynamic team.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop effective treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Educate patients on procedures and recovery.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documents.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact for assigned couples throughout their IVF/fertility treatment journey
• Explain treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and costs clearly to couples
• Coordinate between doctors, embryologists, nurses, lab, billing, and pharmacy teams
• Schedule appointments, scans, procedures, and follow-ups
• Ensure proper documentation, consent forms, and patient records are maintained
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to couples during treatment
• Follow up with couples for reports, medications, injections, and treatment compliance
• Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Assist the sales/counseling team with package explanation and conversion support
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocols and ethical standards
