Couples Counselor

Konick & Associates is seeking an experienced Couples Counselor to provide evidence-based therapy to couples and adults within our collaborative group practice. Clinicians work with couples navigating relationship distress, communication challenges, life transitions, neurodivergence, and mental health concerns.

This role is ideal for clinicians with strong training in empirically supported couples therapies and a passion for supporting diverse couples. Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and couples, as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community, is highly valued and aligns with specialty areas of the practice.

Qualifications:

• Fully Licensed PhD/PsyD, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, or associate-level licensure (LPC, LSW, ALMFT) eligible for Illinois practice and insurance credentialing
• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, family therapy, or clinical psychology
• Training and experience in empirically supported couples therapy approaches (Gottman, EFT)
• Strong clinical skills working with adult individuals and couples
• Experience with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals and couples highly valued

Hybrid role with in-person availability required; evening availability (minimum of three evenings per week) or weekends are expected to accommodate client schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
