Alaska Serenity Clinic is a private practice specialized in mental health treatment. The clinic is looking to expand and hire a couples therapist. Applicant has to be licensed in Alaska.

```Duties```
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual therapy sessions to clients based on their specific needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of mental health therapy
- Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development

```Skills```
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes

- Experience in treating couples
- Experience in providing gender issues counseling to address unique challenges faced by individuals identifying as LGBTQ+
- Competence in mental health counseling techniques to effectively support clients with various mental health concerns
- Proficiency in psychotherapy modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioral Couples Therapy or other modalities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
