The Role
As a Courier, you are a vital link in our patient care chain. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of mail, medical instruments, records, pharmacy items, and supplies across Southwoods Health facilities.

Essential Duties:

Transportation: Efficiently pick up and deliver items across various Southwoods disciplines and locations.
Route Management: Successfully complete daily assigned routes while following proper hand-off procedures.
Safety & Security: Operate company vehicles responsibly and ensure the secure transport of all items, including monetary deposits.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors regarding route status or delays.

Qualifications:

Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving history.
Physical Ability: Comfortable sitting or walking for extended periods and able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in various weather conditions.

Schedule & Benefits:
Shift: Full-Time, Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
