Job Opening: Courier Coordination / Logistics Executive
We are looking for a Courier Coordination / Logistics Executive to manage courier operations, customer coordination, and order escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Shipper Advice and related coordination with courier partners
- Contact customers for undelivered orders and resolve delivery issues
- Manage courier escalations with daily follow-ups
- Monitor and follow up on daily stuck orders
- Escalate delayed orders with the Customer Support (CS) department
- Track and follow up on all raised escalations until closure
- Handle Return to Shipper (RTS) cases
- Follow up on POR (Proof of Return)
- Conduct daily coordination calls with courier KAMs regarding order escalations
- Prepare daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Contact customers for current month return orders
- Create new orders for returned shipments
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier coordination, or supply chain
- Strong communication skills (customer & courier handling)
- Good command of MS Excel (reports, tracking sheets)
- Ability to handle pressure and multiple follow-ups
- Experience with e-commerce or retail operations will be a plus
