Courier Driver- Independent Contractor with Cargo Van

Looking for drivers with a reliable Cargo Van to delivery in Norwalk and surrounding areas. Weekends are a must!! Must start ASAP!!

As a last-mile delivery driver:

* Pick up in Norwalk, CT at 1:45pm. This is a 1 time pick up.

* Deliver perishable and non-perishable items in Norwalk and surrounding areas.

* Great customer service, organization, problem solving skills, high integrity, responsible and reliable. Sharp attention to detail and a strong ability to keep a schedule.

* Ability to follow directions and arrive to locations independently.

* Demonstrate professional, clean and neat appearance.

* Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 60Ibs.

** Drivers are responsible of every merchandise- If lost, damage, stolen, etc. Drivers are also responsible to return any items that were not delivered.

* CDL Not required!

* No experience necessary. Delivery Experience is Preferred.

* Must be 21 years of age with a clean driving record. Must have a current, valid driver license, registration and Insurance. Must show.

*Smartphone and GPS knowledge is a MUST!

* Must be willing and able to drive in inclement weather (i.e. snow, rain, ice, wind).

Benefits:

* 1099 Position- You pay your own taxes at the end of the year.

* Drivers are paid per delivery STOPS and NOT per hour.

* This is a perfect afternoon gig.

* Open availability = to a better chance of earning more. Your hustle determines your salary!
