Responsibilities

• Deliver important documents, contracts, and marketing materials promptly and securely to listings.
• Pick up signs and materials from partner vendors/ printers.
• Support open houses and client meetings as directed by the listing agents.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, appointments, and client communications.
• Support the marketing team by assembling listing packets, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and assisting with general office tasks.
• Ensure all courier equipment and storage units are maintained and ready for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, courier services, or administrative support is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of the St Louis area and surrounding neighborhoods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry packages and materials up to 25 lbs
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
