Courier Operations Specialist – On-Demand, Airfreight & Forwarding

Responsibilities

• Put the client first in every decision and interaction
• Coordinate time-critical and on-demand courier shipments
• Support airfreight and forwarding operations
• Communicate proactively with clients, drivers, airlines, and forwarders
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues before they become problems
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, urgency, and accountability
• Make confident, real-time operational decisions

Qualifications

• Experience in courier operations, dispatch, airfreight, or forwarding
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Airport, TSA/IAC, medical, or time-critical logistics experience is a plus
