<ul><li>Delivers and picks up patient information, lab samples, medical records, and other related items, and ensures understanding of instructions for each item.
</li><li>Ensures that the documentation is accurate, complete, and corresponds to each item.
</li><li>Maps out route for collections and deliveries, considering special requests, weather and time restrictions.
</li><li>Log mileage and maintenance information on company logbook.
</li><li>Assists with materials management when time allows.
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
