Court and Grounds Maintenance Personnel

The Racquet Club at Ocean Reef Club is seeking a reliable and hardworking Court & Grounds Maintenance Associate to assist with the daily upkeep of our tennis, pickleball, and padel facilities, as well as the surrounding club grounds.

This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and playable courts while supporting overall club operations and member experience. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tennis, pickleball, and padel courts daily
• Remove debris, standing water, and maintain court appearance
• Assist with landscaping, grounds cleanup, and general facility upkeep
• Maintain nets, windscreens, benches, and court accessories
• Operate maintenance equipment safely and report repair needs
• Assist with tournament setups, club events, and furniture movement
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance/storage areas
• Support other departments as operational needs arise

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, or court maintenance experience preferred
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check for gate clearance

Weekend, holiday, early morning, and overtime hours may be required based on club operations and seasonal demands.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
