Court Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Assistant for the Taxation Department in the District and Session Court. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in the taxation-related tasks within the court system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation and processing of taxation-related documents, including tax assessments, filings, and Handle vehicle-related permit and tax filings.

2. Coordinate with internal departments and external clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of taxation processes. Maintain case files and assist with administrative duties

3. Assist in conducting research on tax laws, regulations, and policies to ensure compliance and accuracy in taxation procedures.

4. Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence related to taxation activities as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any or a related field.

2. Prior experience in taxation, accounting, or a similar role is also preferred.

3. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office suite.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
