About the Role

Court Monitor (Must be at least 16 years old)

Onsite, Part-time / Full-time

All positions require working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues. It is expected that all potential employees are committed to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL SKY ZONE POSITIONS:

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable in an environment where you engage with large groups of people is essential to your success.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours. This can include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Customer service or sales experience are considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

JOB DUTIES

• Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs.
• Coordination of birthday parties and events.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks.
• Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
• Support team lead in all opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Help maintain a clean environment; some janitorial duties will apply.

Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
