Duties

• Oversee basketball court activities, ensuring players follow rules and safety guidelines to promote fair play and enjoyment
• Manage cash register operations with precision, handling payments for court rentals, party packages, and merchandise
• Host birthday parties and group events by coordinating activities, engaging guests, and maintaining a lively atmosphere
• Enforce rules and resolve conflicts promptly using effective communication skills to ensure a positive experience for all participants
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the facility before and after events to maintain a welcoming environment
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, guiding guests through booking processes, and addressing concerns professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold safety standards

Experience

• Previous experience in sports coaching or working with children is highly desirable to effectively engage young guests and manage group activities
• Strong knowledge of basketball or other sports is preferred to facilitate games and coaching sessions
• Demonstrated conflict management skills to handle disputes calmly and constructively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills for interacting confidently with guests of all ages and explaining rules or procedures clearly
• Experience in cash handling or retail environments is a plus to ensure accurate transactions and record keeping
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events, with enthusiasm and energy
