We are looking for a responsible and punctual Court Operations Assistant to manage our pickleball court and support daily operations onsite.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Open and prepare the pickleball court area by 7:00 AM daily
• Ensure courts are clean, safe, and ready for players
• Handle basic customer assistance — greeting players, guiding bookings
• Maintain equipment like nets, paddles, balls, etc.
• Assist during coaching sessions, tournaments & on-ground activities
• Keep records of player attendance & bookings (training will be provided)
• Support small office/admin tasks related to court operations
• Report repair or maintenance issues immediately
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the facility at all times

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in facility/ground/court management or similar role
• Should be disciplined, responsible, and punctual
• Basic communication skills in Hindi or English
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as setting up sports equipment
• Customer-friendly, presentable, and eager to learn
