Position Summary
Connect2Court is seeking a highly organized and dependable Property Operations Coordinator to support our eviction management and field operations team. This position combines office and field responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the move, working independently, and interacting with property managers, courts, and legal professionals.
The successful candidate will verify apartment vacancies, coordinate eviction scheduling, file legal paperwork with local courts, and serve as a liaison between property management companies and our operations staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed vacancy inspections and document findings with photographs and written reports.
- Coordinate and schedule eviction appointments with property managers, law enforcement, and vendors.
- Deliver, file, and retrieve legal documents from courts and government offices.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, appointments, and case activity.
- Communicate professionally with property managers, attorneys, court personnel, and company staff.
- Assist with obtaining signatures, paperwork, and supporting documentation needed for court filings.
- Update internal systems with inspection results and scheduling information.
- Monitor assigned territories and prioritize daily field assignments efficiently.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive legal matters.
- Perform other operations-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computer software to document field activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience in property management, legal support, process serving, inspections, real estate, or field operations is a plus but not required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with apartment communities or property management companies.
- Familiarity with court filing procedures or legal documentation.
- Knowledge of eviction processes or landlord-tenant operations.
- Background in inspections, field services, or logistics coordination.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive for extended periods throughout the day.
- Ability to walk apartment communities and climb stairs.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Pay: $27.21 - $32.36 per hour
