Cover 8 Wheel HGV Tipper Driver

Due to extended fleet numbers, we are recruiting for a COVER DRIVER. The cover driver is to cover sickness & holidays from other drivers in the company.

Willingness to help with other tasks like yard duties and general tasks is a must.

Ad-hoc work to cover Holidays & Sickness - Monday to Friday

Essential skills

• HGV class 2 license (held for at least 5 years)
• Driver CPC Card
• Previous Tipper Lorry experience would be ideal, however full training shall be provided.
• Good knowledge of HGV Tipper Lorry machinery
• Daywork - Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will notify the company of any incidents that involve points on your license, fulfil any duties as may reasonably be requested from time to time, to carry out defect checks daily and report any vehicle defects immediately.

Experience:

• 8 Wheel Tipper Driving: 2 years (required)
