- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Psychology lessons in line with the British Curriculum (e.g., Cambridge/Edexcel/AQA).
- Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Use a range of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Encourage critical thinking, research, and analysis among students.
- Design, administer, and grade assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement, progress, and behavior.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and contribute to parent-teacher meetings.
- Support students in developing study skills, research techniques, and exam strategies.
- Guide and mentor students preparing for IGCSE, AS, and A-Level Psychology examinations.
- Foster interest in psychology through debates, discussions, and real-life case studies.
- Encourage students to apply psychological concepts to everyday life and future career paths.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the Psychology curriculum.
- Select and develop appropriate teaching materials, digital tools, and resources.
