Coworking Community Manager

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and personable Coworking Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our brand new coworking location. This is an on-site, independent role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and creating a welcoming, professional environment for tenants and guests.

About the Role

As the Community Manager, you will be the primary on-site representative of the building. You’ll manage daily operations including reception, tenant support, light facility upkeep, leasing assistance, and coordination with the Property Manager. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Tenant Experience

  • Serve as the main point of contact for tenants and visitors
  • Manage reception duties including greeting guests and answering inquiries
  • Foster a welcoming, professional community atmosphere

Mail & Deliveries

  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments as needed

Facility Oversight

  • Perform light cleaning and ensure common areas remain tidy and presentable
  • Stock shared spaces (kitchen, restrooms, office supplies, etc.)
  • Monitor building needs and report maintenance issues

Leasing & Administrative Support

  • Conduct tours for prospective tenants
  • Assist with leasing inquiries and application coordination
  • Maintain accurate tenant records and inventory
  • Track office and supply inventory levels

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the Property Manager regarding building operations
  • Provide regular updates on tenant concerns, building needs, and leasing activity
  • Help implement operational improvements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in property management, coworking, hospitality, or office administration preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on-site
  • Basic knowledge of leasing processes is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
