Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CPA to oversee accounting operations and financial analytics across multiple businesses. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who can manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis while supporting ownership with data-driven insights and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling multiple entities in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for multiple businesses
• Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, cash flow reports, and analytics
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Analyze business performance and identify financial trends/opportunities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Coordinate with ownership and leadership on strategic financial planning
• Assist with tax preparation and work directly with external tax professionals as needed
• Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies
• Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy across all financial data

Qualifications

• Active CPA license
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong accounting and financial analytics experience required
• Experience managing accounting for multiple businesses preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software platforms
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
