About the Role

We're looking for a certified, client-focused CPA to join our remote team on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our CFO-level clients, managing their accounting needs and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This is a flexible, fully remote position — perfect for an experienced CPA who wants meaningful work without the rigidity of a traditional firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of CFO-level clients
• Manage client relationships and ensure a high-quality, consistent experience
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and related documentation
• Ensure client compliance with federal and state tax regulations
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients on deadlines, filings, and financial matters
• Collaborate with the internal team to deliver seamless service

Requirements

• Active CPA certification (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or a client-facing CPA role
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, GAAP, and financial reporting
• Experience working with business owners or CFO-level clients preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and common tax/accounting software

Pay: $45,988.46 - $56,588.26 per year
