CPA Investment & Wealth Management Accountant - Female

We are hiring a Female CPA-qualified Investment & Wealth Management Accountant in Dubai to manage and analyze our investments and financial performance.

Only candidates with a CPA and proven experience in stocks, wealth management, investment portfolios, and financial markets will be considered. General Accountant profiles will not be shortlisted.
Women with CPA or investment / wealth management / financial market experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

You will work directly with management on investment strategy, portfolio performance, and wealth management, with a strong focus on the Dubai / UAE financial markets.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze advanced financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports, with a focus on investment performance and portfolio returns
• Conduct in-depth investment analysis (equities, funds, bonds, and other instruments), including portfolio performance review, risk assessment, and ROI analysis
• Assist in wealth management and asset allocation, recommending portfolio optimization strategies aligned with the company’s risk–return profile
• Monitor Dubai and UAE financial markets daily, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, and other market instruments, and provide timely insights and recommendations
• Prepare detailed investment reports, dashboards, and MIS for management, highlighting market trends, portfolio performance, and risk exposure
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis specifically related to investment cash flows, capital allocation, and financial planning
• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations, IFRS standards, and internal investment policies & controls
• Work closely with top management on investment strategy, market entry/exit decisions, and long-term wealth management planning

Requirements

• CPA certification (mandatory)
• Strong Background in Stock Market, Bonds, Fund Management
• Experience as an Investment Accountant / Wealth Management Accountant / Financial Analyst
• Practical experience in Dubai / UAE financial markets
• Strong knowledge of investment strategies, portfolio analysis, and wealth management
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed investment and portfolio reports
• Strong skills in Excel and financial modeling are an advantage
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai
