CPA / Tax Advisor

We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients and are seeking an entrepreneurial CPA or experienced tax professional to join our firm in a 1099 contractor role with long-term equity upside potential. This is an opportunity to help build and lead the tax preparation and tax planning division within an established wealth management environment.

We are looking for someone who wants more than seasonal returns and compliance work. The ideal candidate is passionate about proactive tax strategy, client relationships, business development, and creating long-term value alongside a financial planning and investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Individual and business tax preparation
• Advanced tax planning strategies
• Collaboration with financial advisors on integrated client solutions
• Tax-efficient wealth planning
• Entity structure and small business consulting
• Retirement and income distribution tax strategies
• Building scalable tax processes and client experience

Qualifications:

• Holds an active CPA license
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Has experience with individual and/or business tax returns
• Understands proactive tax planning strategies
• Communicates well with high-net-worth individuals and business owners
• Is entrepreneurial and growth-oriented
• Wants to help build a long-term enterprise
• Values relationships, integrity, and client service
• Experience working with:

Small business owners

Real estate investors

Retirement planning

High-income professionals

Multi-entity tax structures

Compensation & Benefits:
