About the role

As part of our collaborative team, you'll design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning solutions in:

• U.S. GAAP
• IFRS
• U.S. GAAS and PCAOB auditing standards
• SEC rules and regulations

You’ll work on a mix of virtual and in-person training programs, including updating existing materials and creating brand-new content based on emerging standards or client needs. You’ll also co-facilitate courses via webinar and on-site sessions with clients. Beyond training, you’ll have opportunities to support marketing content, proposals, and firmwide strategic initiatives.

This is a 100% remote, full-time role, but some travel is required. We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous environment, but also enjoys collaborating, brainstorming, and supporting teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update instructor-led training materials, including PowerPoint decks, case studies, and facilitator guides
• Facilitate training sessions (with a co-instructor) via webinar and on-site at client locations
• Create and review storyboards for eLearning courses and collaborate with Digital Learning Specialists to produce engaging digital content
• Design custom training agendas based on new standards, hot topics, and client specifications
• Conduct NASBA reviews on existing eLearning courses to ensure compliance
• Maintain your CPA license and stay current on accounting, auditing, and regulatory developments
• Contribute to marketing and thought leadership, including writing blog posts, developing premium content (videos, practice aids, etc.), and drafting targeted client communications

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Finance
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing
• Strong technical proficiency in U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Experience with auditing companies under PCAOB auditing standards and/or U.S. GAAS

Required experience and preferred skills

• 4+years of recent audit experience with a Top 200 public accounting firm
• Experience documenting, understanding, and testing internal controls
• Passion for training, coaching, and/or communicating complex topics
• Experience in instructional design, corporate training, or course facilitation is a plus, but not required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
