Job Title: Medical Coding Trainer (CPC & CPMA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Medical Coding Trainer to deliver comprehensive training for the CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor) courses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering medical coding syllabus, conducting online classes using PowerPoint presentations, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism in teaching. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong English pronunciation, and a passion for sharing knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver CPC and CPMA medical coding courses to students through online platforms.

- Create and present engaging PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex medical coding concepts.

- Use various teaching techniques and strategies to ensure understanding and retention of material.

- Provide guidance and support to students, answering their questions and assisting them with their learning process.

- Prepare and conduct assessments to evaluate student progress.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in medical coding standards and incorporate these into course content.

- Maintain a professional learning environment, ensuring that the course delivery meets institutional standards.

- Provide regular feedback to students and assist in their certification exam preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Certified in CPC (Certified Professional Coder) and CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching CPC and CPMA courses, with a strong background in medical coding.

- Proven experience in online teaching and delivering training using PowerPoint presentations.

- Strong command of the English language, with excellent pronunciation and communication skills.

- Professional demeanor and ability to deliver content effectively to diverse learners.

- Passion for education and helping students succeed in their certification exams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in developing course material and online teaching tools.
