CPC Trainer

We are looking for a CPC Trainer with a strong healthcare background to deliver high-quality training for medical coding and related healthcare programs. This role suits someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and sharing practical medical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training for CPC (Certified Professional Coder) preparation
• Teach related healthcare courses, including:
• Medical Coding
• Healthcare Insurance
• Healthcare Administration
• Support students with exam preparation, case studies, and real-world scenarios
• Assess student progress and provide guidance when needed
• Assist with improving course materials and learning outcomes

Requirements

• CPC certification (passed exam) – preferred
• Medical or healthcare background – required
• Experience in medical coding, billing, insurance, or healthcare administration
• Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and explanation skills

Language Preference

• Hindi or Tagalog speakers preferred
• English proficiency required
