Job Overview

In JC Automation, we are seeking an experienced Commissioning & Qualification (CQ) Technical Lead to oversee and drive full lifecycle CQV activities for process and process support equipment within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This leadership role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing commissioning and qualification activities from documentation preparation through FAT, SAT, integrated CQ execution, and final handover to Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary CQV teams (Engineering, Construction, Automation, CSV, Vendors, USER groups).
• Develop and manage system-based CQV plans and baseline schedules.
• Oversee FAT/SAT support, P&ID walkdowns, punch list management, deviations, and change control.
• Ensure execution readiness (documentation, training, calibration, automation, HSE/LOTO).
• Drive CQ documentation workflows, approvals, and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Manage budget, schedule, man-hours, and vendor performance.
• Support PQ/PPQ activities and system handover to Production.
• Provide progress reporting, cost tracking, and KPI management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Process Commissioning & Qualification.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, CQV lifecycle, biopharma/pharmaceutical manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Solid understanding of engineering disciplines, compliance, and quality systems.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
